These terms apply when you use meltdaily.com or buy from Melt Daily, which is operated by Chet Hefton in Texas. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to order.

Our products

Melt Daily strips are dietary supplements, not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Read each product's label and directions, don't take more than directed, and ask your doctor before use if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Stop using a product and see a doctor if you have a reaction. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Product photos are illustrations; the packets inside each tin and minor packaging details may vary.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Our Membership terms are part of these terms.

Shipping, refunds and returns

See our Shipping policy and Refunds and guarantee. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site, try to break into it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. The Melt Daily name, logo, photos and text belong to us and can't be copied without permission.

Except for what we promise in these terms and our guarantee, the site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Results vary from person to person.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order that led to it. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Disputes

If you have a problem, email [email protected] first and we'll try to fix it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you may also bring a claim in small claims court where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
