Membership terms

A Melt Daily membership is a subscription. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis, as described below, until you cancel.
Prices
- 1 tin a month: $28.99 a month. Your first month is $22.99.
- Packs: 2 tins at $24.64 each (15% off), 3 tins at $23.19 each (20% off), 4 or more at $21.74 each (25% off). Pack prices apply from your first order. Where the first-month price of $22.99 a tin is lower, you pay that for your first month.
- 2 tins every 2 months: $49.28 every 2 months.
- Your first order ships free. Every renewal adds shipping, shown in our Shipping policy.
- Sales tax is added where required.
When you're charged
We charge you when you join, then automatically on the same day each month (or every 2 months on the 2-month plan) at the regular price for your plan plus shipping. Your membership continues until you cancel.
How to cancel, skip or change
You can cancel anytime. Go to the club page and choose Manage my membership, or email [email protected] with the email you ordered with. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Canceling stops future charges; orders already charged will still ship. There are no cancellation fees. You can also skip a month, swap strips, or change your pack the same way.
Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 7 days before the charge at the new price. You can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it and email you. If it still fails, your membership is paused until you update your card.
Out of stock
If a strip in your plan is out of stock at renewal, we'll email you to choose a swap, skip that tin, or cancel. We won't charge for a tin we can't send.
